Not a lot of trail info available but as long as you keep the barb wire fence on your right you should be on Royal property.

Lots of fall scenery, creek crossings, wooded riding and fun times. I'll be back

Trails need some work but are rideable for someone other than a beginner. Lots of ruts, deep tricky descents and climbs. Guessing when it's wet the mud ruts and creek crossings in the bottoms would be tough.

Just got back from there. Trails were still very rough and steep. Lots of limbs hanging on every wooded trail. Met a nice couple who pulled us out of a mud pit. Woman says she is putting in a petting zoo and playground there. Would definitely go during fall season.

Went 10/18/2016 for the first time I enjoyed riding but trails need some work. Had some great scenery.

Park in the first lot, unload the atv, drive the atv back to the house, go inside up the ramp and ring the bell to pay. You'll ride though and gate and exit the same gate.
